This work addresses burnout and strengthens the sustainability of leaders working on the frontlines of change.

Postsecondary Pathways to Entrepreneurship
Postsecondary Pathways to Entrepreneurship prepares the next generation of changemakers by supporting high school and college seniors as they transition from graduation to business ownership. Through culturally grounded education, mentorship, and real-world exposure, participants build a clear business roadmap and the skills needed to lead with confidence. This initiative bridges opportunity gaps and creates equitable entry points into entrepreneurship for young leaders often excluded from traditional pathways.
POWER TO PITCH
Power to Pitch is a catalytic initiative that addresses systemic inequities in capital access by equipping overlooked and underestimated leaders with the tools, training, and resources to thrive. The program goes beyond a traditional pitch competition by providing tailored technical assistance and shifting who is seen, supported, and funded.
By investing in people and ecosystems, Power to Pitch drives long-term, equity-centered change in how entrepreneurship is resourced and sustained.

QUANTUM LEAP ACCELERATOR
The Quantum Leap Accelerator is a 16-week, cohort-based program that equips underestimated leaders with the skills, networks, and support to grow and sustain their ventures. Designed to address structural barriers, it advances inclusive economic opportunity and long-term systems change.
