Established in 2022, Stimulating Success Foundation’s mission is to foster economic mobility and advance equity by equipping historically excluded leaders and community-rooted initiatives with the tools to grow, sustain impact, and build generational change. Through education, technical assistance, and advocacy, we support those driving inclusive growth across urban, suburban, and rural communities.

Since 2022, Stimulating Success and Stimulating Success Foundation provided more than four hundred thousand dollars in cash and in-kind services to support programs that align with our philanthropic priorities. We focus on areas where we can do the most good — combining the unique strengths of the business alongside our philanthropy. Our ability to draw on our strengths, providing more than just funding, helps our philanthropy to deliver greater social impact. Today, stimulatingsuccess.org, through the combined philanthropic efforts of both Stimulating Success and the Stimulating Success Foundation, creates opportunities for emerging leaders and local change-makers to thrive and live better every day.
