In 2022, the Stimulating Success Foundation was founded by Jacari W. Harris—an author, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker who is dedicated to empowering individuals and communities. Having overcome challenges in foster care, Jacari pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and other advanced degrees.  His memoir, Lost & Found: Finding Success in the Search for Self, chronicles his journey of resilience and purpose.

Jacari also founded StimulatingSuccess.com, an advisory and strategy consultancy focused on helping organizations grow and thrive. As the former Executive Director of the George Floyd Memorial Foundation, he remains deeply committed to fostering economic equity and creating opportunities for small business owners, particularly in marginalized communities.

Through advocacy, motivational speaking, philanthropy, and targeted programs, Jacari continues to inspire and uplift communities, entrepreneurs, and aspiring leaders, striving to ensure that everyone has the tools and resources needed to succeed.
